Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Cancellations, reschedules, or refund requests made at least 24 hours before the session will not be charged, and any payment already made will be fully refunded. Requests made less than 24 hours before the session will not be refunded.

No-Shows
If you do not attend a scheduled session, the full session fee will be charged and no refund will be issued.

Technical Issues
If a session is disrupted or cannot take place due to a technical issue — on either side — it will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

All appointment times are displayed in your local time zone as detected by the booking system. Please double-check the time zone before confirming your booking.
